This page is being created to help relieve the burden of some of the administrative requirements of our officers. I appreciate your  patience while we continue to come up with a system that will allow us as a region to be more efficient as well as make your life's a little easier. I will notify you as new things are added.

 

 

Rating Update Form  This form will allow you to notify the National office as well as all parties in our region  at the same  time without ever mailing a form.

 

Regional Roster   (password protected) Our 2004 (updated as of 8/01/2004) regional roster is complete. This roster will be updated regularly and can be downloaded from here.  Please make any e-mail changes on the main page.

 

New Member Form:   New for 2005                              New Member Booklet

Distribution:

Fill out form: (Due to the form changing for 2005 we can no longer fill this out on line. Please print out the blank form and once filled out follow the directions below. I will update at a later time.  Please be sure to include the members e- mail address.

Print out 3 copies of the completed form:

  1. Send one copy to National office with PC check for national dues.

  2. Attach one completed copy to your club  check for regional dues to Randi Patterson at 9860 Suburban Dr. Fairhope, AL 36532-   Be sure to send complete form to Randi for this is our regional copy.

  3. Mail or fax one copy to Charley Wagner 16009 Hwy 165, Iowa, LA 70647 Charley can not add a new member without this form. You only need to send first page to Charley.

  4. Keep one copy for your records.

DO NOT SEND ANY CHECKS TO ME. ALL CHECKS GO TO RANDI . ONLY EXCEPTION WILL BE WHEN YOU ARE ASKED TO SEND CHECKS TO  CLUBS WHO ARE HOSTING RALLIES AND CLINICS.
