Regional Administration

This page is being created to help relieve the burden of some of the administrative requirements of our officers. I appreciate your  patience while we continue to come up with a system that will allow us as a region to be more efficient as well as make your life's a little easier. Please send me your suggestions of what you would like to see added to this page to improve it.

New Member Form:                               

Distribution:

  1. Fill out form: Please fill out the form using the interactive form (link above), once filled out print it  and follow the directions below.  Please be sure to include the members e- mail address. If you do not use the interactive form PLEASE print clearly.

  2. Print out 3 copies of the completed form:

    1. Send one copy to National office with PC check for national dues.

    2. Attach one completed copy to your club  check for regional dues to Beth Hays, 1624 Springridge Drive, Jackson, MS 39211   Be sure to send complete form to Beth for this is our regional copy. No need to send to Ray. After dues have been received they will be added to roster. 

  3. Keep one copy for your records.

    Do not send any checks to anyone pertaining to regional business other than  Regional Treasurer. You will be notified to any exceptions to this rule.
