ROOMS: The Deep South Region has a block of 35 rooms at the  Holiday Inn Lexington North at a rate of $89.00 plus tax.  Holiday Inn North - Lexington, KY  This motel is is very convenient to  the horse park. Phone # (859) 233-0512. As always the rooms are for competitors families first. Because of the shortage of available rooms you will not be able to make reservations until you e-mail me first and I will give you instructions on how to make the reservation. Do not contact me until your name is on this page .I have been told that all rooms are taken in Lexington but some will become available when blocks are released June 21st. I suggest you keep trying before that date though. Our cut off date is July 2,

Champ Camp: The Region is hosting a Champ Camp that will be mandatory for all competitors. July 5-8. Complete info on this will be posted as available.

Teams: Listed below are the qualifiers for Championships from our rallies that have been completed to date. I will update this as we continue with our Rallies.. As you know the top 4 in each division are invited to compete as long as it is determined they can compete safely..  Games is a five member team. Should one or more of them choose not to or decides to compete in another division they also qualified for, then the next person on the list will be eligible.

Long List: The Organizing committee has what they call a long list. In the event they have openings in a particular division they will pull from this list. You will then be asked to be a scramble member and compete. (This does not apply in Show Jumping) I encourage all of you who want to attend Championships to send me your paper work now and if you are not placed on one of our teams I will send your name in on the Long List.

Entries and Club Checks Games entries due to Ray Stronsky RS no later than May 15th. Quiz, Dressage, Tetrathlon, Show Jumping and Eventing no later than June 15th.( No exceptions)  Final teams will be posted on this page following  these deadlines.  I suggest if you qualified in any discipline other than Games and would be willing to attend Championships in that discipline to send your entries in ASAP. If you are waiting for the outcome of the of the  Dressage/Quiz rally include a note stating that and I will hold till after the qualifiers are announced. If you are also trying to qualify for Dressage or Quiz bring all paperwork to the rally so you can leave with me prior to your departure.   Please state if you would like to be added to the long list if you did not make our team.
